With over a decade of hands-on experience, my approach blends deep anatomical knowledge with intuitive, energy-based healing. I’m trained in Sports Massage (ITEC Levels 3 & 4, LSM Graduate), Clinical Reflexology (DIP5 – CRM5), Swedish and Facial Rejuvenation Massage, and I’m an attuned Reiki practitioner. My background also includes healthcare studies at Worcester University and qualifications in emergency first aid and baby swimming instruction.
